Custom SSL Domain
By setting up a Custom SSL domain, you can brand the log-in page of Cyfe with your domain. For example, app.cyfe.com/login becomes: subdomain.mycompany.com/login. In addition, shareable links would start with your Custom DomainThere are multiple ways to share your business metrics: share link, export, and TV Mode.
🌎 Share Dashboard Link
Use the Share Dashboard feature to generate unique dashboard URLs. These URLs are 'public' - anyone with the link can access.
- You can password protect url link if desired (optional).

Cyfe provides several options to your shared link:

🚢Export Dashboard
Export a 'one time' snapshot of your dashboard, or schedule a recurring email to be sent to your customers / colleagues.
Regardless of which option you choose, you will have access to the following options:
- File Types: PNG, JPEG, PDF, CSV
- Export Type: Entire Dashboard or Individual Widgets
- Export Mode: Download Now or Schedule Email
- When "Schedule Email" is selected, you will have these additional options:
- Email To: enter email address of desired recipients
- Subject: Desired subject line
- Frequency: Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly

You can delete Scheduled Exports at any time by clicking on the "Export Dashboard" button and selecting the "x" icon next to the report you want cancelled under "Previously Scheduled Reports"📺 TV Mode
Did you know you can display your Cyfe dashboards live on your office monitors? It’s a great way to help keep your team informed. This option removes all the account navigation features and just displays the available widgets. These dashboards will automatically refresh at programmed intervals based on your desired settings.
First, find a monitor you would like to use with your dashboards. Cyfe works with any smart TV with a built-in web browser. You can also connect your old PC to your TV screen if you like or use the Android Mini PC. Anything with a modern web browser will do the trick.
Once you have your TV up and running, open up the built-in web browser and log in to your Cyfe account by typing “app.cyfe.com” in the address bar. Then simply click on the “TV Mode” button located in the top navigation bar
Unique User for TV Mode
Create an additional user with access to the dashboard you're sharing on TV Mode. For security purposes, you'll get logged out of TV Mode if you log into a user account outside of TV Mode.To set up TV Mode, perform the following:
- Login to your Cyfe account on the device you would like the Dashboards to be displayed on.
- Select the "TV Mode" button.
- Set your desired settings.
- Rotate Dashboards: Choose the dashboards you would like to have displayed. You can choose a single dashboard, or have the display rotate through multiple.
- Rotate Intervals: Set the rate at which you would like the display to rotate through your multiple dashboards. Anywhere from as short as 15 seconds, up to an hour.
- This option only needs to be selected if you are choosing to display multiple dashboards.
(In the video above we show how you can click between your dashboard views, but by default TV mode will cycle through your views without you having to select anything.)
FYI:
Cyfe TV Mode has an official TV app which pairs with the Amazon Fire TV Stick*. An Amazon Fire Stick is not required for TV mode, it is just one of the ways to view your Dashboard.To end TV mode, select the "X" icon in the upper middle of the screen.
