I'm Having an Issue When Upgrading My Subscription. It says "An error occured when processing your request. Please contact support."

One possible culprit -- is your Street Address field lengthy? If so, shorten it a bit and try again -- it may work!

If it still isn't working, it looks like your bank is declining the transaction for some reason.

Are you able to contact your bank to see what's going on? You may need to have them white list charges from "Cyfe" or "Cyfe inc" as some banks don't like recurring charges.  Other times it's a street address & postal code or CVV mismatch.  Usually a quick conversation with them clears things up!
